E komo mai! I’m Chantel Je’taime Jeffries, a Certified Pilates Instructor and Integrated Health Coach based in Honolulu, Hawai‘i.

I believe wellness should support your ambition, not compete with it.

For those who give a lot to their careers, businesses, families, and communities, taking care of yourself can easily become another item on an already full to-do list. My approach is about changing that. Pilates and wellness should create more energy, strength, clarity, and confidence so you can show up fully for the life you’ve created.

My Pilates practice is rooted in intentional movement, functional strength, mobility, and body awareness. I love helping clients develop that feeling of being strong, centered, and completely connected to their bodies. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to where you are that day and where you want to go—whether that means building strength, improving posture, moving with more ease, or simply carving out meaningful time for yourself.

As an Integrated Health Coach, I look at wellness from a bigger perspective. Movement is one piece of the picture, alongside nutrition, sleep, stress, mindset, recovery, and the daily habits that influence how we feel. I’m not interested in perfection or restrictive routines. I believe the most powerful changes are the ones that enhance your life and become sustainable enough to last.

There’s something about Hawai‘i that naturally reminds us of this balance. The ocean, the sunshine, the slower moments, the connection to nature—it’s a beautiful reminder that strength and softness can exist together.

That philosophy is at the heart of how I work.

My sessions are a space to step away from the noise, reconnect with yourself, and invest in your well-being. A place to move with intention, breathe a little deeper, and leave feeling grounded, energized, and strong.

Whether you're navigating a demanding career, building a business, raising a family, traveling often, or simply striving to become the healthiest version of yourself, my goal is to help you create a body and lifestyle that can keep up with the life you want to live.

Feeling your best isn't a luxury. It's part of your foundation.

Aloha,
Chantel
